Unless otherwise indicated, the website's original text, photographs, graphics, logos, reports, educational materials, publications, and other content are owned by or used with permission by the Foundation or the relevant rights holders.

You may access and share publicly available content for personal, educational, research, or non-commercial awareness purposes, provided you give appropriate attribution and do not misrepresent the source.

You must obtain prior written permission before commercially reproducing, adapting, publishing, distributing, or exploiting protected materials, except where applicable law permits otherwise.

The Foundation recognises that indigenous cultural knowledge, oral histories, traditional expressions, and community-held heritage may be subject to the rights, protocols, consent, and interests of the relevant communities. Publication, public display, recording, or distribution of personal stories, identifiable photographs, interviews, or sensitive cultural materials may require additional consent.

The Foundation may decline or remove inappropriate submissions where reasonably necessary.
